After an amusing 16-year journey, Kush Shah leaves his cherished role as Goli in the renowned Indian sitcom "Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah." The show gladly welcomes a new face to the character, promising new excitement for its devoted audience. As the transition takes place, spectators are excited to see how the new Goli will affect the vibrant and hilarious life of the beloved Gokuldham Society.
As Kush bids adieu to the show, Dilip Joshi took to his Instagram handle to pen a heartfelt note for the actor, he wrote, "This pinch is for leaving us. But jokes apart I have enjoyed every scene I've done with you. Wishing you the best! May you continue to spread smiles! Looking forward to seeing you go far like a bandook ki 'Goli' now!"
For the unversed, Jethalal and Goli had some amusing scenes in the show, they have given a lot of memorable moments over the course of 16 years. Fans have loved Jetha and Goli's jugalbandi since the episode from inception.
Goli aka Kush shared his journey with the show, “When this show started, when you and I first met, I was very young. You have given me a lot of love since then. And this family has given me as much love as you have given me. I have made a lot of memories here. I have enjoyed a lot here. I have spent my childhood here and most importantly I want to thank the creator of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Mr. Asit Kumar Modi for this journey. He trusted me so much, made my character so interesting and always inspired me. Because of his trust, Kush became Goli today.”

As he leaves, Kush gets emotional, “I'll make all of you proud. Thank you so much. I have completed 16 years in this show. And the journey of these 16 years was very beautiful. It was beautiful only because of your love. So, remembering your love I take your leave from this show. But yes, only I, Kush Shah, take your leave. Your Goli will remain the same. The same happiness, the same laughter, the same mischief. An actor might change in Taarak, but not the character.” Fand loved Kush on the show.
