Amazon MGM Studios has launched the first trailer for its new action comedy "Brothers." It will feature Josh Brolin and Peter Dinklage.

The film will be released in select theaters on October 11. It will be available on Prime Video in over 240 countries on October 17.

Plot

The film "Brothers" has been directed by Max Barbakow. It tells the story of two brothers. One brother, who is played by Josh Brolin, is a reformed criminal trying to live a straight life. However, his plans are disrupted when his twin brother, who is portrayed by Peter Dinklage, re-enters his life. The two embark on a road trip to aim for a once-in-a-lifetime score.

As they travel, they face many obstacles. These include dodging bullets, evading the law and dealing with their overbearing mother. Throughout their journey, the brothers must not only work together but also heal their strained relationship. If they fail to reconcile, they risk destroying each other.

Production, Cast

The worldwide rights to the film were acquired by Amazon MGM Studios in May. The cast includes well-known actors, such as Brendan Fraser, Glenn Close, Taylour Paige and the late M. Emmet Walsh. Jennifer Landon also plays a role in the movie.

The script, written by Macon Blair, is based on a story by Etan Cohen. The film is produced by Andrew Lazar for Mad Chance, alongside Josh Brolin through JB Productions. Peter Dinklage has also produced along with David Ginsberg for Estuary Films. Trish Stanard and Macon Blair served as executive producers.
